I always come across these acronyms whenever i'm doing healthcare related transcripts so i just thought i'd share them with you. I'll just add up new ones as they come along.
MIPPA - Medicare Improvement for Patients and Providers Act.
ARRA - American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
PQRI - Physician Quality Reporting Initiative.
CMS - Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
CCHIT - Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology.
